Dear Milo is an AI-native company. We use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to design, create, and produce much of the content you see from us — and we believe in being open about exactly what that means, so you always know what you're looking at.

What is created with AI

Unless a specific piece is clearly labelled otherwise, the following may be created or assisted by AI tools:

• Product photography, mockups, and lifestyle imagery on this Site;
• Marketing and advertising creative — images, video, and copy — across all of our channels, including Instagram, TikTok, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads, and Google Ads;
• Illustrations, banners, and other visual content;
• The design preview generated from your pet photo (the "AI Preview").

Images are illustrative — your product is unique

Because this imagery is AI-generated, it is illustrative only. The physical product you receive may differ from what is shown — in colour, texture, stitch or print detail, fit, and finish. Every Dear Milo product is custom-made from the photo you upload, so your item is unique to your pet and will not match a marketing image exactly.

Marketing and social-media imagery does not form part of any contract or product specification. For what the finished product will actually look like, rely on your AI Preview and our published product and size information — see our Terms & Conditions.

Reviews and testimonials are from real people

Unlike the imagery above, our reviews and testimonials are never AI-generated — they come from real people who have used our products.

Your pet photos

The photos you upload are yours — they are not AI-generated, and we do not use them to train any AI model. We use them only to create your design and produce your order. By placing an order you grant us permission to use your photo and design in our own marketing, and you can opt out at any time by emailing us. See our Privacy Policy for the full detail.

Your rights are unaffected

Nothing in this disclaimer limits your legal rights. If a product arrives faulty, not as described, or materially different from a reasonable interpretation of your AI Preview, you are protected under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 — see our Refunds & Returns Policy.
