Shipping Policy

Every Dear Milo product is custom-embroidered to order. Total delivery time = production time + shipping time.

Free shipping

  • United Kingdom: free on orders of 2 or more items.
  • Worldwide: free on orders of 4 or more items.

Delivery estimates

  • United Kingdom: 2–7 business days production + 3–5 business days shipping (5–12 total).
  • European Union: 2–7 + 5–10 business days (7–17 total).
  • United States & Canada: 2–7 + 5–10 business days (7–17 total).
  • Rest of world: 2–7 + 10–20 business days (12–27 total).

These are estimates, not guarantees. Carriers can be delayed, especially around peak seasons.

How production works

We work with Printful, a global on-demand fulfilment partner. When you place an order, we approve the design, production takes 2–7 business days, and then the parcel is dispatched. You'll receive a tracking email when it leaves Printful. We don't hold stock ourselves.

UK delivery

Carrier: Royal Mail Tracked 24/48 or DPD, depending on order value. Tracking is sent by email when dispatched.

EU delivery

Carriers: DPD, GLS, La Poste, Deutsche Post, depending on country. We do our best to ship from EU facilities (Latvia, Spain) to avoid customs charges — but we can't guarantee it. Customers are responsible for any VAT or duties charged on receipt.

US & Canada

Carriers: USPS, FedEx, UPS (US); Canada Post (Canada). Most US orders under USD $800 enter duty-free. Canadian orders may be subject to GST/PST/HST.

Rest of world

We ship to most countries Printful covers. Customs duties very likely apply — you're responsible for any import taxes or local handling charges. If a parcel is refused because of unpaid duties, re-shipping costs are at your expense.

Tracking your order

You'll get an order confirmation when payment goes through, then a dispatch notification with a tracking link. If you don't see a dispatch email after 10 business days, email support.dearmilo@gmail.com with your order number.

Lost or delayed parcels

Tracking stuck for 10 business days → contact us, we'll investigate. Confirmed lost or 30 days no resolution → free reship or full refund. See our Refunds & Returns Policy for full details.

Holidays & peak periods

UK bank holidays, Christmas, and peak periods typically add 2–5 business days. We'll post a banner on the Site if delays are unusually severe.
